We want you to be fully satisfied with your Arduino hardware and kits. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your Arduino Store account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the unused electronics in their original anti-static packaging and box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all components and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Arduino

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the condition of the hardware, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
